# Weekly Pulse

> See how your teams' meetings went over the last week, what needs attention, and who uses TenTenor.

**Weekly Pulse** rolls up the meetings of the teams you oversee, so you can see how the week went without opening each report. Open it from the sidebar. Every row links to the place where you read or fix it.

## Who sees it

| Your role | Teams included |
| - | - |
| Owner or administrator | Every team in the organization |
| Facilitator of at least one team | The teams you facilitate |

Other people don't see **Weekly Pulse**. The line under the page title says whose teams it counts: every team in your organization, or the teams you facilitate.

**Home** shows a short **Weekly Pulse** card to the same people, with the last 7 days' figures and the first items that need attention. Select **Open** to go to the full page.

## Choose the period

The page opens on the **Last 7 days**, up to now. Teams meet on different days of the week, so the last 7 days include each weekly team's latest meeting.

To look further back, select the back arrow. Earlier periods are complete calendar weeks, Monday to Sunday, in your organization's reporting time zone. Use the arrows to move one week at a time, or select **Last 7 days** to return. If the reporting time zone differs from yours, the page says which time zone the weeks follow. Meeting times still show in your own time zone.

An administrator sets the reporting time zone in **Configuration**, under **Reporting calendar**.

Figures are compared with the 7 days, or the week, before.

## At a glance

| Figure | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Meetings held** | Meetings in the period whose start time has passed, as one bar split into analyzed, without a report, and still under way. For the last 7 days, it also shows how many meetings are coming up in the next 7 days and when the next one starts. |
| **Analyzed** | Meetings with a report, and their share of the meetings held. |
| **Without a report** | Meetings that finished without a report, with the most common reasons, such as **Bot not admitted**. A calendar meeting that TenTenor never recorded counts here once its start time is well past. |
| **Average score** | The average overall score of the period's analyzed meetings, its change from the period before, and a line of recent weekly averages. |

Cancelled meetings are not counted.

## Last 8 weeks

Two charts cover the eight calendar weeks up to the current week, or up to the week you are viewing:

* **Meetings**: each week's meetings, split into analyzed, without a report, and under way or to come.
* **Average score**: each week's average score, out of 10.

Select an earlier week in either chart to open that week's Weekly Pulse. The current week is still in progress, so it does not open.

## Needs attention

**Needs attention** lists what needs action now, whichever period you are viewing. Select an item to read what it means. Each item links to where you can act on it. When only an owner or administrator can make the change, the item says so.

| Item | When it appears | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| Meetings not recorded | A team's meetings in the last 14 days ended without a report for a reason your team can fix, such as the bot not being admitted. The team gets one item, for example **3 meetings not recorded**, with the latest meeting's reason. Owners and administrators also see who facilitates the team. | Everyone with Weekly Pulse |
| Meetings over the monthly limit | A team's meetings in the last 14 days were not analyzed because of a monthly limit. The team gets one item. | Everyone with Weekly Pulse |
| No meeting link | A calendar meeting in the next 7 days has no supported video meeting link, so TenTenor can't join it. Each meeting gets its own item. | Everyone with Weekly Pulse |
| Monthly minutes | A team has used 80% or more of its monthly minutes, or has reached its limit. | Everyone with Weekly Pulse |
| Team setup | A team has no members, or no facilitator. | Owners and administrators |
| Welcome not sent | People with access haven't been sent a welcome email and haven't signed in. | Owners and administrators |

The count beside **Weekly Pulse** in the sidebar is the number of items here. A team's failed meetings count as one item.

## Teams

**Teams** has one row for each team that met in the period or has missed two or more meetings in a row. Each row shows:

* The team's last 12 finished meetings as a strip of marks: **Analyzed**, **No report**, or **Over the monthly limit**. Point to a mark to see its date and its score, or why it has no report.
* The team's latest score, its change from the meeting before, and a line of recent scores. If the latest score is older than the period, its date appears beside it. **No recent score** means none of the last 12 meetings has a report.
* For owners and administrators, who facilitates the team, or **No facilitator**.
* A flag once the team has missed two or more meetings in a row, such as **Missed 4 in a row**. **Never analyzed** means none of the team's meetings has a report yet.

Teams that need a look come first, with the longest run of missed meetings leading. Teams with no meeting in the period are named in one line at the end.

## Highlights

When Insights is on for your organization, **Highlights** lists the period's high and critical impact headlines and issues from the teams on the page that you can read in Insights. Critical items come first. **All headlines** opens [Headlines](/guides/headlines).

## Activity

Owners and administrators also see **Activity**:

* How many people with access used TenTenor in the last 30 days, earlier, or never. Suspended people are not counted.
* **Teams using it least**: the teams where the smallest share of their members used TenTenor in the last 30 days.

Select **Members** or **See who** to open **Members**, sorted by **Last active**.

<Note>
Activity and **Last active** show when each person last opened TenTenor in your organization. They don't show which reports someone read.
