# Run your first meeting

> From signing in to reviewing your first TenTenor report.

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Open [TenTenor](https://app.tentenor.com) and enter the work email your organization uses for you. Choose **Continue with email**, then enter the six-digit code from your inbox.

    If Google or Microsoft sign-in is available, use the same email address. If your email isn't recognized, ask your administrator to check your membership.

  <Step title="Find your team">
    Open your team on the dashboard. An owner or administrator can [create a team and add members](/guides/teams-and-members) if it does not exist yet.

  <Step title="Copy both invitation addresses">
    On the team card, open **Show team's invite emails** if the addresses are hidden. Choose **Copy both**.

    One address invites TenTenor; the other identifies your team. Use the pair shown for this team.

  <Step title="Update the calendar event">
    Add both addresses as guests to an event with a supported video meeting link. Save the event and send the invitation before the meeting starts.

    For a recurring meeting, update the series if you want TenTenor to attend future occurrences. See [calendar setup](/guides/invite-to-meetings) for details.

  <Step title="Let TenTenor capture the conversation">
    Admit **TenTenor Coach** if it waits in the lobby. Allow recording when your meeting platform asks, and make sure participants know the meeting is being recorded.

  <Step title="Review the report">
    After the meeting has finished processing, open it from the dashboard. Read the recap together, review the coaching, and choose one improvement to try next time.
