Headlines collects the headlines your teams share in their analyzed meetings, such as a customer win, a hire, or a change worth knowing about. It appears in the sidebar when Insights is on for your organization. If it is missing, ask your administrator whether Insights is enabled.

Whose headlines you see

  • Owners, administrators, and coaches read every team’s headlines. Members of a designated leadership team do too when Company Insights access is on. See choose a scope.
  • Everyone else reads the teams they belong to, and the teams that share their memory with them. See how teams contribute.
A headline links to its meeting report when you can open that team’s reports. Reading a team’s headlines does not by itself give you access to its reports.

Filter headlines

The filters sit in one row at the top of the page. Your choices become part of the page’s link, so you can share a filtered view. If nothing matches, the page says what it looked for and offers a way to widen the view, such as Show all headlines, Clear filters, or Show all time.

Read the list

Headlines are grouped by week: This week, Last week, then Week of and the week’s first day. Within a week, the highest impact headlines come first, across all teams. Show older headlines loads earlier weeks. Bars before each headline show its impact. Their color shows whether the news is good (green), bad (red), or mixed (orange). Use the switch at the end of the filter row to choose how much each row shows:
  • Compact, the default, shows the headline, its detail, the team, and the meeting date.
  • Expanded adds the category, who shared the headline, and the quote it came from.
TenTenor remembers your choice in that browser. It is not part of the shared link.

Headlines elsewhere

  • Home shows the latest headlines of medium impact or higher from the last two weeks. See all opens Headlines.
  • Weekly Pulse shows the period’s high and critical headlines under Highlights.
  • Each meeting report lists the headlines shared in that meeting.
