Find the feedback you need
The tabs and sections depend on the meeting format and report version.
Personal coaching is shared. It is part of the meeting report, visible to people who have access to that report.
Interpret the scores
TenTenor evaluates the conversation against the selected meeting format. Where a scored rubric is used, scores run from 1 to 10.
Read the explanation and supporting examples alongside the number. A short daily meeting and a quarterly session have different purposes, so their feedback should be understood in that context.
When the analysis seems wrong, check:
- The selected meeting format.
- Whether the recording captured the full discussion.
- Whether speakers were identified correctly.
- The evidence cited for the conclusion.
Use the report’s feedback control to describe an incorrect or unhelpful result. Include a specific example so the feedback is actionable.
Use the report with your team
Start with the recap, then discuss the feedback that would make the next meeting more useful. Choose a small number of changes with clear owners.
Treat suggested actions as proposals until your team agrees to them. Check names, dates, and commitments against the conversation before acting on them.
Use Scribe during a meeting
When Scribe is enabled, address a request to “Scribe…” during the conversation. Review the captured request in the report afterward.
A captured request is not confirmation that an external reminder, calendar event, or task has been created. Team settings explains how to enable Scribe.
Download or share
Supported reports provide a PDF download. Transcript downloads require both the organization’s permission and a facilitator, administrator, or owner role.
Sharing a report link does not grant access. The recipient must sign in with an account that can view the meeting.
If a tab or download is missing, it may depend on your role, the organization’s settings, or the report format. See privacy and access.
