Set up your organization

When an owner or administrator opens TenTenor before setup is complete, Home shows a setup guide, Welcome to TenTenor, in four steps:
  1. Create your first team: enter a team name and select Create team. Most organizations start with their leadership team.
  2. Which operating system do you run on?: choose EOS®, Scaling Up®, or Other / None. Your answer sets the team’s meeting format.
  3. How would you like to capture meetings?: choose Use a meeting link or Record or upload audio. Both methods stay available from Add a meeting.
  4. Prepare your first meeting: select Copy invite addresses and add both addresses to the calendar event, or select Record or upload audio. Then add people under Add team members, so they receive the coaching report.
When you finish the last step, or select Finish later once your team exists, the guide closes. Home then shows a Get your first meeting coached checklist with any remaining steps. Where a step needs the guide, select Continue setup to reopen it. The checklist disappears when your first analysis is ready.
