Who can see a meeting?
Organization owners and administrators can access meetings across their organization. Coaches can access analyzed reports across the organization.
Team facilitators and members can access their team’s reports. Roster only supports participant attribution and does not grant report access.

Personal coaching is included in the shared meeting report. It is visible to everyone who can open that report.
Shared Insights
A team’s memory contribution settings can make its memory and evidence available to another team through Insights.
That does not grant access to its full meeting reports, transcripts, or recordings. Administrators should review contribution settings before enabling this sharing.
Downloads and links
A report link requires the recipient to sign in and have access. A downloaded file can be shared outside TenTenor, so follow your organization’s rules when distributing it.
Transcript downloads are controlled by an organization setting and require a facilitator, administrator, or owner role. PDF availability also depends on the report format.
Recording meetings
Make participants aware of recording and follow your organization’s notice and consent requirements. TenTenor’s Privacy Statement describes responsibilities and how data is handled.
Optional voice samples
If your organization enables voice samples, you can manage yours from Profile. Review the consent text before recording a sample.
You can delete an existing sample from your profile. If deletion of the provider’s voice profile is still pending, the interface shows that state. This is separate from deleting past meeting data.
Access changes and privacy requests
An administrator can suspend or revoke a person’s access. Those actions do not by themselves mean all historical meeting data has been deleted.
